This is a 2006 Barbie's Sister Kelly
Kelly has rooted blonde hair and big blue eyes (her hair is a bit frizzy)
She measures 4 inches tall
She can move her head, arms (up, down and out to the sides), and articulated (loosely jointed) Legs - Hips and Knees as she is a
Bike Rider Doll

Her outfit is a really cute pink and black dress with a silver high waist belt.  The dress allows her legs the freedom to move as she rides her bike.   She has white flat tennis shoes.
Kelly is in CLEAN Very Good Condition.  Her hair is a bit frizzy but still workable; I used a new pink rubber band in her hair.   I have washed Kelly, her hair and her clothes.
