This is an oversized paperback book.  It presents information about each county, including address, phone number, population, interest rate (if applicable), redemption (if applicable), sale type, and bid method.  The counties are organized first by state (alphabetically) and then by county name within each state (alphabetically).  There are 525 pages.
(NOTE:  The pages are printed and numbered on both sides.)
The front covers of all four publications feature the image of Donald Trump with a skyscraper (possibly Trump Tower) in the background and Trump's (printed, not original) signature in the lower left hand corner.
