Unusual Chinese embroidered silk hot water bottle bag

Welcome! For auction is this vintage Chinese embroidered silk hot water bottle bag. I am not sure how old it is, but my guess would be mid 20th century. It comes from an older collection. Meausres appx. 8 x 16" at the largest dimensions. Button enclosure on both ends, one of which is also sewn shut (bottom). Scattered light soiling and wear. Some possible scattered loose/missing threads. Generally good shape. Very well done work. Please see images for details.
