Vintage Private Post Card U.S. Capitol Washington D.C., Printed by the Blind at the CPI.   Black and white postcard, unposted, divided back, no writing.
Condition is Fair with minor corner bumping, minor pressure crease and light wear on surface - right front area. (the crease runs through the right portion of the building and is difficult to image).
