DETAILS:
Model #879, Sheaffer Balance Special Edition from the revival series of the 1930s Balance pens.
· This is a cartridge/converter pen.
· Made in USA -- 1997-99.
· Length 5-3/4 inches.
· It is olive green and yellow with black and red tones. The acrylic is a bit like the vintage candy stripe patterns.
· Features a 23K Gold Electroplated clip and double ring cap banding all highly polished.
· The NIB is an 18K gold Feather Touch with a Medium point.
In great working condition, there are two cartridges as seen in the pics.
I used the piston to draw some ink and it functioned very smoothly and writes very well.
